Questions you should ask during a listing presentation.

 

  1. How close to asking price have your sale prices been in the past year?

  2. What is the average number of days on the market for your MLS listings?

  3. What is the average number of days that it takes for a house to sell in our area? How many homes similar to mine have been sold or listed in the last 2 months?

  4. Have you had any listings that you did not sell last year? Why did they not sell?

  5. What is the percentage of homes where you represented the sellers as buyers too?

  6. How many homes did you sell last year?

  7. Can you give me the names and contact #’s for your last 3 clients (Buy/Sell)

  8. Do you do any  other type of work besides Real Estate?
